We utilize high-resolution 3D scanners to inspect above-ground and in-service pipelines for:

Surface Degradation Mapping

We generate full-surface color maps highlighting depth, wear, and deformation across elbows, straight sections, and welded joints. Our process captures:

  • Surface displacement after impact

3D Damage Callouts & Reporting

Every inspection includes a digital twin with dimensional callouts showing:

  • Severity of damage

  • Exact coordinates and sizes

  • Tolerances exceeded

  • Industry-standard reporting formats (e.g., API 1163, CSA Z662)

  • SpatialAnalyzer & PolyWorks Software: Industry-leading platforms for inspection, comparison to CAD, and GD&T evaluations.
